On 21 April 2023, I had the pleasure of being invited to contribute to Sarah Schoentjes’ (Ph.D. candidate Ghent University) expert seminar on intersectionality in human rights law. I presented my paper ‘Surmounting EU Equality Law’s Impasse on Intersectionality With the Help of International Human Rights Law’.
We had the pleasure of being graced with the presence of Prof. dr. Kimberlé Crenshaw herself. She was incredibly gracious with her time and gave thought-provoking feedback on the presentations.
