10th Annual Conference of the Berkeley Center On Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law

Utrecht University hosted the 10th Annual Conference 2023 of the Berkeley Center On Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law from 28-30 June. This was my first academic conference, and I had the opportunity to present my paper on the role of comparators in cases of intersectional discrimination. I also had the pleasure of moderating the plenary panel on ‘Judging Inequalities’ with the following panelists: Judge Dr. Emmanuelle Bribosia (Belgian Constitutional Court), Judge Dr. Ivana Jelic (European Court of Human Rights), and Judge Dr. Sacha Prechal (Court of Justice of the European Union).
