Earlier this month, I participated in the ICON-S annual conference. This year’s conference theme was “The Future of Public Law: Resilience, Sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence” and it took place in Madrid, Spain at the IE University Law School between 8-10 July 2024.
I participated in a book roundtable for an upcoming book on Race and European human rights law edited by Dr. Kirsty Hughes & Vandita Khanna (Cambridge University). I presented my contribution on the deracination of the critical race feminist roots of intersectionality during its domestication into European human rights law.
The book roundable itself was an insightful discussion with other contributors Dr. Corina Heri and Dr. Mathias Möschel.
